I have an rp, and I love it.
It’s perfect for someone getting back into photography after a long time of adulting getting in the way.
Good for beginning into the full frame, mirrorless, rf system.
    $899 well spent.
And the rf 24-105 f4 to compliment it.

Have the camera. This camera has never deserved all the hate it gets from specs. Was looking to get this lens. I’m just starting a boudoir studio and trying to decide between the 85 and the 50 1.8. Shoot mostly natural light, if you had to choose between the two what would you lean toward? Great looking images!

    • @dlovisuals
      @dlovisuals  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I agree, so much hate over an entry level camera. As far as lenses, I’m not sure how big the room you’ll be using is, so I’d probably lean more to the 50mm 1.8. 85mm might be too tight in a small room

I do not see why everyone calls cameras for a beginners camera. Is it worse than what great photographers used back in the 50s,60s and 70s. Of course not. Is it worse than photographing with analog. Of course not. What do you really need from a camera to make great images? Whether you choose an RP or an 50M aps-c I think is a matter of liking. More or less all cameras made recently are all good.

    Hello Master :
Please help and give me some advice,
The camera I am currently using is Canon EOS R10,
The kit lens used with it is (RF-S18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM)
My main subject matter is toy photography.
The secondary shooting content is street photography or portrait photos.
Now I want to buy new lenses, after watching your video,
Want to compare between Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM and RF85mm F2 Macro IS STM
After making a choice, I would like to ask you to give me some advice on which lens is more suitable for me? Thank you.

Good stuff. What is your go to focus mode? I'm usually on spot, or whatever the small square is called. I find anything else misses to often and will grab the background rather than my target.

I always shoot with center point AF because I tend to have my subjects in the middle. Also when I shoot vertically the AF point is also centered. I hope this helps!
