for those wondering how he created the rays on the last images, heres how first, install the LUMA LIGHT plugin - a free, volumetric lighting tool. Then, load or create a map. If you want a strong light effect like in the video, set the Tecnhology to Beams and apply these settings: - Layers: 200 - Thickness: 0.7 - Transparency: 0.989 - LightEmission: 1.000 remember to use the sun as your light source, as it’s the most customizable and effective option. if everything is done correctly, it should resemble the effect in the video. but in the end, it all comes to personal preference. feel free to tweak the values to your liking and experimenting what fits you the best. hope this helps yall tip: use the Celestial Body Dragger plugin to be able to drag the sun and make the job easier
0:55 you can see the particle emitters, if you want a nice tutorial how, I can explain: Basically you need a particle emitter and edit the emission or light influence to how you like it and adjust the particle rate by alot and change the particle transparency to 0.988 or 0.996 and edit the particle size to no less than 4 or just mess around with the size to your liking.
If anyone is wondering how he did it. RocketShotgun made a video explaining in detail how he made it. It's called "Volumetric Lighting in Roblox and How I Created It"
Basically what you need is beams. Although he says its particle emitters, in the last image from the slideshow you can see weird lines in the ray, and only beams can do that. Use the luma light plugin, its free and customisable, and does the effect shown in the video. Remember to set it to beams.

I like how the particle emitters make a dusty lens effect if theres light near the camera, adds even more to the realism
@@apelsin9094 true
mine looks legit nothing like his.
@@skylewis3320 it depends on the lighting and other, play around with the settings and set up some scenes
@@skylewis3320 oh and you also need shadowmap for it to work
how did you do the dusty lens effect?
If anyone is wondering how he did it.

It's called "Volumetric Lighting in Roblox and How I Created It"
That definitely doesn't work with other light sources than sun and moon.
That is absolutely not what is being used here
@@Mittzys How has it been done?
@@RoufoxxShortly, it's a particle emitter with light influence and light emission both set to 1
@@apelsin9094 Ohhh yeah makes sense. It's the same as I described with a particle instead of a beam
can you please make a tutorial to get into making advanced roblox lighting/graphics, would be really helpful
