Adam becoming the people’s champ I clicked fast af
ALL FUTURE RAPPERS WHO GO ON NJ TAKE NOTICE THIS IS HOW YOU SPEAK INTO A MICROPHONE
Nope. Adam likes the guys who mumble and can't keep they're mouth to the mic
@@kingreese6810 ...wake is ACTUALLY mumbling and stuttering yet you say the other people mumbled? I'm 5 mins in and he's still humbling over his words.
Album about nothing is a god damn classic
They both are very good. Album about nothing is a special one for me the Jerry Seinfeld effect really seals the deal for me I give that album 8.5 out of 10
Manni Live he is telling the truth, that album was absolutely incredible.
Thank you Adam and Wale! I'm struggling with heroine and today I reached 30 days. I still have urges and feel like I can't do it sometimes. It makes me confident hearing the support from yall. I love your podcasts and vlogs. This one really hit at home with me.
@@tarmanjrakathegooch thanks man! I just saw this and it means a lot.
@@michaelbirdsong196 thank you as well man! It really means a lot!
This was great to hear ask GOD THE MOST HIGH CREATOR for strength in the days you fall short.
The most underrated rapper. A true lyricist !!
Wale hands down has the best interviews

Wordplay 'Le! Forever one of my favorite artists. Always one of the realist artists! Glad to see so many people in the comments showing love. The DMV is proud of you moe, real live!
Wale is TOOOOO smart, alert and aware in an industry that's watered down
This was actually a good Wale conversation/Interview.
First time for everything ig 🤷🏾♂️.
Wale is so underaatted, one of the best of this generation
Girls on Drugs is my favorite Wale track of all time
Wale been in my top 5 new generation rappers since I heard Attention Deficit. Lyrically, not too many artist can touch him.

The wale rebrand is crazy (mal voice)
fat geoff I still haven’t watched the interview just seen wale & Adam 22 on my notification and that was the voice I heard 🤣
It started with some needed wisdom 🔥
This was a dope convo. Keep mashin wale ✊🏾
Why do people hate wale ?
Deon The Prodigy cuz all it took was one guy with a little bit of clout to call wale corny or lame cuz he actually gives a fuck about his craft and the rap game so now people just hate on him cuz it's seen as "cool" I guarantee u half the people hating haven't heard any of his music
He is really is one of the greatest rappers of all time. Ambition was one of the best albums of the last decade easily.
Album About Nothing will forever hold some serious memories for me. I don't really enjoy most of Wale's stuff after that, but he seems like a genuine dude.
Wale Admitting his Own addiction got my like bro.
Wale friends and strangers still one of my favorite albums of all time
Must be a new album coming out. Send it to me, I want to hear this “album” you speak of!
Yooooo I'm so stoked!!! His latest EP was sick
The girls on drugs should
Of got a Grammy .. if drake would of sang it the song would be everywhere and shifted the culture
Great interview.. probably one my favorites.
Wale look like Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles 😎
Been hearing of Wale for a long time but not familiar with his work. What I can say is this was a real deep ass meaningful conversation. Aside from making me want to check out his music it made me gain a respect for the human known as Wale. THe intro part about addiction was especially powerful. As someone who has struggled with addictions my entire life that shit hit me hard. For anyone out there trying to get sober only you can make the decision to do so and know you aren't alone. I've been in AA since 2010 but I have other demons I am battling. Nicotine is the hardest to quit but its the least of my worries in terms of addictions. On the 2nd of October I will have 1 year...this time around. Addiction is a messed up disease. My blind homeless friend turned me on to this J Cole song called Friends. If you are battling addiction I highly recommend it. Never got real deep into Cole but that song hit me hard and brought me to tears when he was living in my car for a bit and showed me. Appreciate the hell out of this interview and would like to see more anti-drug content. Not judging anyone but these rappers and influencers can make a difference. Fuck lean, fuck xans, and fuck opiates. I got put on them all by my doctor when I was just 15 years old for some health issues and trauma. I wasn't asking for any of that stuff its what the doctor told me and at the time I had no idea what it was but I think it was one of the things that led down some dark ass streets and some of the hardest things in my life. Would have rather dealt with the pain of my surgeries than to have taken those pills the doctor told me to take but I didn't know what it was at the time. All the drugs are just a bandage for pain and end up numbing your emotions out. Starts fun but it will catch up with you sooner or later.
Enjoyed this interview plus that new EP is 🔥🔥
I love Wale music, grew up on a lot of it . I wish he was appreciated more in some aspects
apprciate you adam having wale on
Dope Interview/ Contrast & Convo On Point 🅿️

The only one of your interviews I can watch
Appreciate you Wale, you been holding the DMV down and Hip Hop since Day 1. First met you when you came to my basketball game in 05' (Oxon Hill vs Suitland) with the spizikes on before they was released. You showed endless love that day and brought the radio station with you. Never forget brotha
Adam....I've been watching your interviews as of late and i must say you have my respect as an interviewer
Dope Interview
We in here WELCOME TO THE DMV

GLAD TO SEE THIS HAPPEN!
I've been listening to wale since attention deficit and the mixtape about nothing days always feel he is underrated Same with KRIT they should be mentioned more like Kendrick & cole
Thanks Adam this is the best wale interview 🙏🏽
Adam is actually one of the best interviewers. Even though I don't watch his channel much because it's mainly mumble rappers on here. But he's great at letting the artist talk, not cutting them off and bringing up interesting points
Great interview
amazing interview
great interview
Dope interview.
Wale spoke with a lot of truth, and somehow remained respectful. Godbless this man. Not disrepecting anyone who doesnt deserve it.
Why did this interview start with you already on a topic.

this is a very good classic interview theres a certain section of this interview that is really gem dropping and informative when they touched on the newness stigma of the hip hop game .

Halfway through, this is a really dope conversation.
Adam, you are great at being real with artists even if they are sensitive and or misunderstood by other media outlets, thats why this interview is really good.
Also Wale is very smart and has interesting povs on a lot of topics
Lotus flower bomb
Dam you killin it with these guests cuz

I'm Tuned In!! 👀
This conversation was great.
Thank you for blessing us on this hump day big deuce deuce
Adam on fire with these interviews
Only 4 mins in and I love the convo
The Gifted by Wale is still one of my favorite albums to date, he’s such an intelligent and inspirational individual. Thanks for this Adam, keep up the good work.
I agree
dude great record, I also loved the projects “About Nothing” more than just about any other pieces of music this decade. Wale is on his own level, his own plane, his own wave, and he has connected with me on a deeper level than almost any other artist. I understand why a lot of people don’t fuck with him and it’s simply because they do not have the mental capacity to understand his message and the way he presents it. I remember growing up, I’d be listening to one of his tracks on youtube and have a separate tab dedicated to googling words, phrases, and concepts he would touch on during a song that I wasn’t familiar with. he literally expanded my vocabulary, my views and my appreciation for music. I get it, certain people don’t want music like this. certain people wanna turn a song on and turn their brain off. just just because you don’t understand or relate to a certain song/artist/genre, doesn’t mean it’s bad, it just means it’s not for you. so don’t hate, just let it be and do you. Much Love to Wale, one of the top lyricist of our generation - thank you for all the music and memories
It's a toss up between Gifted and Album about Nothing. Those 2 are classics
Tell that to Anthony Fantano
aarondchi92 I agree, Album About Nothin as well as the mixtape = classics.
