4 year candidate getting 14 lakhs these days ? What's the general thumb rule to calculate salary for a given YOE ?

The general idea is,
Package = number of years of experience * 2 to 2.5
This should be the benchmark while getting the package. Don't go below this mark. If you think you have required skill, negotiate well and grab it.

I am receiving calls i am java developer with aws but my current package is 3.2lpa with 3 years of experience only, so some companys telling if you have current package 7-8lpa package then only consider your profile ,why they are not considering my profile because of low salary for 3 years ?
they are offering 14 to 22lpa in between
Please give me the solution here what i should do
