Fantastic show, we went many years ago. Now with grandkids as old as the kids were then, I guess we better get back out there. Even without the show, Palo Duro canyon is beautiful. It is one of those mesmerizing places, touched by God for our pleasure. Thank you for bringing this story to us.
I'm from Amarillo. It was popular Everytime it ran. I always assumed people would visit Cadillac Ranch or Wonderland before going to the show Texas. But, Texas was a popular attraction yearly.
Have been wanting to see this for years. Also wondering if they will ever dedicate part of the show to the Apache, who were there BEFORE the Comanche drove them out.
Love the area!
I've been meaning to get up that way for a while now.

A great reason for an annual pilgrimage to Palo Duro. I think you may have planted a seed within me!
A lot has been added since I lived there and camped down in the canyon as a kid. My neighbor and music teacher was a director then.

I've been there it's amazing
