Can we go to Gurez valley with family..? someone (one of the tour manager from Kashmir) told us that we have to trek there... it will not be right to take family along... we are talking about people above 50 age here...
If you’ve seen both my Gurez Valley videos completely, you’ll realise that there’s no trekking involved if you go to regular places which are accessible by road. However there are some rough patches of road which may cause discomfort if you are in a smaller car.

I mean I have been to countries who are not at par with India’s economy but they are clean and that made me realise its the mindset of people not just the economic condition of a country that makes a difference. Also, foreigners won’t come back after seeing places/ lakes/ environment getting abused in India. Feels bad because it affects the tourism
Absolutely agree and most if the waste was thrown by locals. Same thing we saw in Dhoodhpatri late as well. Sadly we as Indians, do not have that much of civic sense and we dont realise the damage we are causing
@kushagrawal2706 yes we did stay here. Food is great. Just don’t expect the facilities to be like something you would have experienced in more developed tourist places (keep your expectations low) as it’s one of the few hotels available in that area
