key to being good with palpatine is good movement, always jumping and dodging. when someone is coming at me i like to dash into them which sounds weird but it works really well
Palpatine's my favourite to duel with as you can absolutely dominate most lightsabre players. You want to create distance between you and the lightsabre and force attacks by dodging and jumping backwards, and if they get too close you want to dodge into them and then jump away from them while facing them. By continuously dodging past them they are unable to block, at which point you can use your stun and your chain lightning. If they jump make sure to chain lightning them and try and stun them when they land, and if they're just holding block use your aura to get them to move - as long as your dodging or jumping you'll be near impossible to hit
