TC-21.1 tank semi-trailer (cement truck)

TC-21.1 tank semi-trailer (cement truck) is one of the latest and most popular developments of "Becema" machine-building plant.
The model is designed for bulk handling of cement, lime, mineral dust, and other dry bulk cargoes and mixtures, including dusty materials.
Load capacity of TC-21.1 cement truck is 28000 kg, tank capacity is 24,4 m3. The cement truck is characterized by high stability and manoeuvrability.
The semi-trailer is compatible with 6х4, 6х2 and 4х2 tractor units of Russian and foreign brands, with unladen height of the fifth wheel not exceeding 1250 mm. The tank is loaded by gravity through top hatches with diameter of 400...500 mm.
It is recommended that the customer use one of the suggested electrically- or diesel-driven compressor units (of Russian or foreign brands) for quick unloading with compressed air.
Air unloading rate for cement is 1 t/min.
The key advantages of TC-21.1 tank semi-trailer are:
*Dual channel anti-lock braking system that prevents the wheels from locking during braking situations, especially on slippery roads in winter;
* Effective air unloading system with pumping distance of dry bulk materials up to 32 m and to the height of 15 m;
*versatile tank shape for safe transportation of wide range of materials without sacrificing their working properties.
Tanks are manufactured of 09G2S low-alloy carbon steel or AMG-5 aluminium alloy.
Aluminium alloy allows to reduce unladen weight of the cement truck and decrease tractor unit total load.
The cement truck is designed for safe operation on roads of classes I - III.
