At early 50's I struggled for ages to get my first muscle-up, and now it's been a long road getting beyond just one at a time. Currently at 3 in a row.... The transition from pull-up to dip was what I got stuck on. Bands ended up being the solution to allow getting the technique finally correct. Strength, speed & height just isn't enough - if you're struggling with the actual middle bit (the transition), bands just might be the key 😉
@Guillermo Ruiz oh bro I don't attempt to do a muscle up. I am working daily from 4 am to 4pm. I only train a bit but my progression is good bcs while working I can exercise too. Well I'm not that good but being able to do 2 chin up feels fantastic

so, I think he may have already said it on another video, but you also gotta focus on the explosivity, it means pulling very hard and fast while keeping a perfect form pull up (because waist pull up are "extremely" hard slow, so you swing a litle and pull explosively)
Tips:dont be scared ti take swong instead take extra swing and also kip as much as u need u dont need to worry about decreasing it but just be carefull to not injure ur wrists ect
Let's face it..a muscle-up requires the power to perform a high pullup..if you can't do this, then you're doomed...if you can, then all the other technical aspects will be achievable.

Do a negative muscle ups in order to get your upper body used to the exercise , then just try to do an explosive pull up (if you cant do it high enough just raise your knees up to the chest and lean over the bar) You dont need so much power as you think you need ,muscle up is more about technique my friend does less pull ups than me but almost twice more muscle ups than i can do
