  • Ingredients:
    Hare/rabbit/venison/beef Aim for around 1.2kg
One bottle of drinkable red wine, 750ml
    1 large onion
    2 celery sticks
    1 large carrot
150g smoked streaky bacon, I was just using it up
250g mushrooms, I used chestnut. Leave them out if you're not a fan.
    Half a head of garlic
300ml stock. Chicken's a safe bet but beef will work too, or even veg.
    1-2 bay leaves
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp peppercorns
1 tsp dried juniper berries, crushed
1 tbsp cornflour mixed with cooking liquid to make a slurry. Might need more, I hate using cornflour.

    Crock Pot!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never have been a fan of rabbit. I have eaten it, but never cooked it.
Too bad about the cheese. I have thought many a time about trying to make cheese, but I am just not comfortable/confident about it. So, I'm out!!!! I can pickle, ferment, smoke , raise poultry (layers or meat) etc, but forget anything dairy.
    That duck looked beauty. Woooooooooooo!!!!!!🤘
I just threw a duck into the garbage not long ago. I had a craving to cook a rotisserie duck in the summer. I said, I have a duck in the freezer, Right On!!!!🤘 The date on the duck was 2018🤣😂🤣
Then I was sad😥, but then I got high🤘😀🤘🌿 Woooooooo!!!!!
Still never bother to get a replacement duck though, the freezer keeps asking for one🤣😂🤣
Oh yeah, did I mention CROCK POT!?!?!?🤣😂🤣
    RTFO, MOFO!!!🤘
