The GT40 Ford Mustang is certainly a highlight for Dennis to showcase/talk about, from the extreme rarity of it and also the interesting history behind the car that is certainly something you’ll never see again.

Hi Dennis. You have a great channel. Thank you! :) A suggestion? In the introduction of your videos, it flips from car to car very quickly and it doesn't give the viewer enough time to look at, or appreciate a very nice car. Many times I find myself having to pause and rewind the video and then pause it again to check out a very nice car. Is there a way to slow this down so the viewer can look at the cars in your introduction for a longer period of time, even just a few seconds?

The designs of this '65 Ford Mustang GT40 Prototype car were sold to Fiberfab in California and Fiberfab sold the front end of this car and various other fiberglass add-ons through their Fiberfab company to the masses from the Late 1960's to the Early 1970's. Quite a few of these Fiberfab copies still exist today that look exactly like the original prototype Bud Anderson car being displayed here in this video.

Galaxies for model year 1970 received minor trim changes. A new ignition lock was located on the right side of the steering column. Model year 1970 was the last year for the XL,[4] but Galaxie 500 hardtop coupes were also available in both formal-roof and SportsRoof body styles. The optional 4-speed manual transmission, which was available on the 429 the year prior, was dropped for 1970.

I had a 1970 Ford convertible. Mine was was white with a blue hood. I think it was labeled an LTD. The XL's had buckets. The Galaxies did not have retractable lights. Mine had a 429 2BBL with AC. My cousin had a 69 LTD with a 429 4bbl. It would burn rubber all day long. Mine was not as hot.

We had a similar car show at Plymouth Municipal Airport years ago called Cars and Copters. Money went to charity, but unfortunately it got too big. Much bigger than this, cars, trucks, classics, exotics, import, modern muscle. Just the location being so close to residential, the number of cars and spectators, having to shut down part of the airport was what ended it for good.

It will fit the 64 1/2 - 66 Mustang Front End, it weighs about 28 lbs and they are asking $1080.00 for it!...It can be made to Tilt Forward similar to the 65 Shelby Daytona Coupe's!...Hope this Helps someone who wants to change the look of their 64 1/2 - 66 Mustang!...I am Just Saying!...God Bless America! 😇
