@@kelsangongmu9113 try not to mix the mixture at all, and try using a silicone brush dipped in water to wipe down the sides of the pot as it's boils

Of all the hotteok recipe in TH-cam, I love yours the most! The dough is easy to handle and the hotteok is NOT oily at all. I tried other people's recipes and found the hotteok too oily for me. Although your hotteok is not as crispy (due to lack of oil during pan frying) but I love it (=
Totally agree, her recipe is less crispy than others but it feels more bready and more comfort to chew in my opinion.
