  • The Razor® HD 13-39x56 spotting scope is the perfect example of, “Big things come in small packages.” It’s also Remi Warren’s favorite spotting scope. Listen to Mark Boardman and Remi talk about his extensive use of its predecessor, the incredible increase in performance of the new iteration, and what he loves about it.

I just picked one up. Super small and compact! Definitely fits in my bag easily. Was bum though because when I opened it and put it together I noticed there was a small scratch on the objective lens on the left hand side so I had to return it and Cabela's is sending me another one.
Look forward to getting to spend more time with it testing it out!

It's called Luwak coffee. It is actually very good. I was in Indonesia and I brought back almost an entire suitcase of it. When I get back, I am doing it again. You can get it for a fraction of what it costs on the internet. You just gave to be there.

kopi luwak coffee! Lol..... like that the fine focus went away, could definitely live with it getting caught on everything on my 20-60x85 razor

Will it be available with a reticle option? (MRAD)

Come on both of you know that the fine/course focus is way better in terms of focusing the image. I know you’re trying to sell the new thing but don’t try to bs about the barrel focus being better. we have them at my work and they’re terrible. The one thing that does make sense is it would be more durable but that’s it

Is there a case preferred for this ? Or best to stuff it in a pouch/pack?

I’m so bummed that you guys went away from the fine/course focus, the barrel focus sucks. when you’re set up on a Buck/bull and try to focus, the scope moves left or right. Every TH-cam channel that does reviews says the same thing. I’m just wondering was there a reason for the change?

I normally just use bino’s or monocular….only time I use a spotter is at the gun range. But if I ever do some hunting out west this would be nice. Although its a bit out of my range…..Im in the diamondback range. Even my bino’s are crossfire or diamondbacks.

Remy's favourite is Spotter is also supplied by Remy's favourite sponsor. Bias definitely. If Remy's Sponsor was Swaro, you know for sure he's going to carrying the ATC.

100% possible. Then again, "favorite" is the most subjective word there is. Its also possible that Remy values value. I know I do. The ATC/STC and ATX/STX/BTX line of optics are fantastic, no doubt about it but if theres a product available that gets you 88% of the way there for 42% of the cost, I'm game, and it could quickly become someones "favorite".

Is it good for low light? Or should I get the 65mm?

There are many measures of optical performance; for me personally, serious glassing demands edge-to-edge clarity, and the Vortex products simply don’t have it. They have the best warranty in the business, and they are a great value, but if I’m looking for something that compares favorably to the European stuff for far less cost, I would buy Tract Optics.
