Salutations Friend, This storm was most likely seeded, but then, suspected to have been blasted with microwaves from the local NOAA radar installation to kill it, for the course of storm quickly changed direction, growing as it came, fighting against the grain of wind currents, but as it neared Indianapolis it came to an abrupt halt, and simply dissolved into nothing but clear!
