Enjoyed your vlog again, loved the drone footage a lot of people would love to do what your doing, you must be enjoying it a lot because you two are always smiling. Love to you both. 😍
Hi Tony, Sonya and beautiful Willow. Hi guys, really good to see you. I know when I open the video I’m going to have 25 to 30 minutes of fun and heaps of laughs. I really love and appreciate you both, you are such a funny couple wonderful to sit down and have a meal with you guys. Anyway it’s a bit far for me to go from Australia , hopefully getting an operation next year called osteo integration where they put a titanium rod in your bone of your femur and clip a prosthetic leg on so I can walk again believe me I will be travelling a fair bit after that once it’s all healed up Cliff from Logan City, Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺 I’m on the big island 🏝️
Hi guys, your gauges will be held from underneath the control panel, two small screw threads hold the clamp which in turn holds the gauge in place. Remove the main panel and all will become clear. Loving your vlogs 😊
From Tina Turner to Drowned rat in 17 minutes not bad Sonya😂 Generally, undo the four screws on the instrument panel ,break the seal and you’re in .What a difference a day makes, nice to see the sun and a frost .l think the lowest temperature recorded was in Shropshire at - 25 degrees 🥶
Hi there. On the panel unscrew the whole panel and there should be a u bolt behind the instruments. Undo them and replace. Or Phil could help you when you come through Braunston 😄.
Sorry Tony, I'm with Sonia on this one. Still can't be helped having senior moments can it. Well done Sonia going over the aqueducts. Great banter as always. Lucky you didn't have to reverse in the tunnel. Thanks for sharing. Take care and stay safe.😊
Hi just found your vlogs and will start at the beginning! Been teaching for 30 years now and retirement is coming closer. Just a quick question (bit cheeky so i hope you dont mind) did you keep a property on land? We have had 2 narrowboats as leisure crafts in the past and i would like to live on one when we finish so just exploring all avenues....perhaps a bit obsessively 😂
Great to have you with us, dont judge us on our earlier videos. We do have our property on land which we rent out to help finance living on a boat! Feel free to ask anything that might help
Thank you!! Hoping to be able to retire early in about 4 years time....after a cancer diagnosis 2 years ago and the stress of a HT role I have to make some life changes!!! I may be back armed with questions at some point so you may regret that offer 🤔 🤣🤣
Leaving after a what ? Wow ! And Tony you lie like a cheap Japanese watch …… take the four screws out that hold the panel into the housing and then lift it out and the clocks will have cradle brackets under them and all will become obvious

That was quite an eventful cruise. You were very brave crossing the aqueduct Sonya. Take care.
Thanks Sandy, I get wobbly legs just thinking about it!
Big girl! ❤
Made me laugh
@sameshipdifferentday2024 I'm come, not close, sankey canal.....history ect.... hopefully good travel! 🙏 can't wait for the winter time! Honest! Lol 😂
Great video. I love to have a picnic at Trevor and watch the mayhem as the hire boats try to negotiate the turn there.
Hi Phil, it was so funny must have been in double figures over the few days we were there
Bye Bye Llangollen😃You'd left Llangollen approx 4 miles back😁Glad you enjoyed your stay in Wales👍
It is very confusing it still feels like the whole canal is the Llangollen!
@sameshipdifferentday2024 The canal does start at Llangollen so I guess in effect it's the Llangollen canal until you branch off onto another stretch.

-25 degrees! Sonya would not leave the boat!

Thanks Marianne, we might well do that when we come through Braunston! We have ordered all the parts now
Just give us a heads up so we can be around. We head home on the 15th Dec for Xmas. Phil has his tools here, he is an electrician 👍
Top draw.... vid... 👏🤣
Thanks 😅

is there a higher non-navigable aquaduct?
Good question the fact they always add navigable to the description I guess means there is, but I dont know
Somebody's never sanded and painted their rusty engine bay like the said they would do 🤔
Its on a very long list!
Can I ask you why your boat is named Kimberly Jo
The original owners children I believe, pretty sure he messaged me that and I just looked back throughthe old messages but couldn't fid it
Thanks
Oh your dog looks so sad
Didnt she! We have bought her a coat now!

I wondered what she said at first too! I think I once bought one of those Japanese watches in Thailand...
