Freelancers usually don’t have a different type of account. They just use regular bank accounts like everyone else. If you are under 18, you can use your parent or sibling’s account. The only problem arises if you start making regular income over 30-50k but that is a problem that you can deal if it ever arises

If you have asked from me then yes, I have started freelance article writing. Allhamdulillah I got 2 orders by facebook. I am also not an expert but I can tell you some basics for further guidance you can ask me. I will try my best.
First you will need a good network connection and a computer or laptop with ms word or word press installed in it.
Select a topic. For example my first topic was on TH-cam channel ideas. Always select a crispy and mature topic or Primary keyward.
Then write an intro. After that write article which is fully researched and contains content for which people are searching. Literally I write my 1st article in 5 days.
Then publish your article after proofreading and checking plagiarism as well as grammar mistakes.
You can publish it on medium or any other website.
Show that article as a sample.
Start from Facebook. Join Freelance writing Facebook groups and then apply for job by writing cover letter.
You will not get orders suddenly. It will take some time.
I know I'm not perfect but I will try my best to guide you.
You can ask more questions.
