I'm a SDA and we were taught that there are other denominations and other Christians who worship on other days that will make it to heaven because of their love and obedience to God .We are all brothers and sisters in Christ.

This certainly is an interesting debate that was presented here. I have to say for all people who, attentively, study the scriptures, it is imperative that they fully understand what our Lord has specifically, stated. People have to be aware of erroneous, mistakes or misinterpretations of scriptures even from clergy. Yes we are to keep Sabbath, but 7th days Adventist makes it looks like a cult thing, while many 7th days Adventist forgot they're are sinners some believe by worshiping on sabbath, they will automatically make heaven while the forgot the rest of the commandments.
The Sabbath day under the old covenant doesn’t apply under the New Covenant Sabbath today. The Old covenant Sabbath included the expectation of the coming of the Messiah. The New Covenant confirms the resurrection and redemption through Jesus Christ.👍

Jesus resurrected early morning, called Sunday, and that is classified as the first day of the week for Christians. Representing our giving our first fruits in worship.

The Seventh day Adventist church are a ‘confused’ people. The Bible clearly says that the ‘New Covenant’ Christians worshiped on the ‘First Day’ of the week. Believers give the Lord ‘first fruits’ in all as in the first day of the week. Jesus was/is the Lord of the Sabbath. The question was asked, did Jesus ask his apostles to keep The Sabbath (by the preacher) the answer is no and yet he said something more powerful which is that The Sabbath was made for human beings (see Mark 2: 27) Question, when was The Sabbath given before or after sin? Answer: Before sin. Next Question: What was the first full day on planet earth for our first parents? The first full day for our first parents was The Sabbath which The Lord and Creator rested on as well as our first parents. Next Question, when did marriage begin, before or after sin? Before sin. Do we still get married today? Certainly. I know that SDA major their preaching on sabbath keeping. They are argumentive about sabbath keeping citing certain passages to support their position. This Jamaican is citing Heb.4:10, however he is misinterpreting it. The work that is being referred to here is not physical work but works of the law to gain one's salvation. SDA also claim that the seven commandment is a moral law and therefore still stands. However Col.2:16, St Paul list the Sabbath with ceremonial law of food regulations, festival regulations. In verse 17, St Paul goes on to say that these ceremonial laws are shadows of things to come, being fulfilled by Christ In Matt.11:28 Jesus offers this spiritual rest. This words tie in with Heb.4:10.

What Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 is one of the most important yet misunderstood Scriptures in the New Testament. Paul said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS." It matters not what day you choose to give God your attention unless you believe that Jesus saved you on Calvary over the penalty of your sins you are not saved. It is accepted that Sunday is the first day. Friday is the sixth day, and Saturday the seventh day. Exodus 20:10 says "But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: " God knew that man would seek to ignore or deny His Sabbath, hence He said in Exodus 20:8, "REMEMBER the sabbath day, to keep it holy."

This certainly is an interesting debate that was presented here. I have to say for all people who, attentively, study the scriptures, it is imperative that they fully understand what our Lord has specifically, stated. People have to be aware of erroneous, mistakes or misinterpretations of scriptures even from clergy. Our Lord, brilliantly, informed us about adverse teachings, and distortions and the dire consequences of being led astray. Yes we are to keep Sabbath, but 7th days Adventist makes it looks like a cult thing, while many 7th days Adventist forgot they're are sinners some believe by worshiping on sabbath, they will automatically make heaven while the forgot the rest of the commandments.

The Seventh day Adventist church are a ‘confused’ people. The Bible clearly says that the ‘New Covenant’ Christians worshiped on the ‘First Day’ of the week. Believers give the Lord ‘first fruits’ in all as in the first day of the week. Jesus was/is the Lord of the Sabbath. But, pastor Jennings has to make clear too that we are saved by Gods grace through faith under the New Covenant. Jesus said many things while He was alive and ministering, now we love one another as Jesus loved us.👍

The question was asked, did Jesus ask his apostles to keep The Sabbath (by the preacher) the answer is no and yet he said something more powerful which is that The Sabbath was made for human beings (see Mark 2: 27)
Question, when was The Sabbath given before or after sin?
Answer: Before sin.
Next Question: What was the first full day on planet earth for our first parents? The first full day for our first parents was The Sabbath which The Lord and Creator rested on as well as our first parents.
Next Question, when did marriage begin, before or after sin? Before sin.
Do we still get married today? Certainly.

...the Creator counts from 7, 1, 2...5,6, 7 and states that all human beings are to live from Sabbath to Sabbath on a weekly basis with 6 days of work and labour sandwiched between Two Sabbaths and in a sence all humanity observed The Sabbath in our first parents as all human beings can be traced back to Noah, who is traced back to Adam and his wife.
To conclude The Sabbath is one of the easiest Doctrines to teach and understand, it was the first full day experience of humanity in a sinless deathless environment and atmosphere and The Sabbath reminds us both of our roots and an atmosphere where sin never existed, nothing died or became older and yes, only two individuals lived in such a sinless deathless environment and atmosphere and we do not know how many Sabbaths were observed by our first parents as they lived from Sabbath to Sabbath with 6 non sacred secular days between The Sabbaths and in outlining how The Sabbath is to be observed The Lord and Creator has brought us back to a sinless deathless environment and atmosphere in other words when sin and death did not exist both our first parents were unselfish living to please their Lord and Creator as well as each other at the same time while living in their home of The Garden of Eden.
Now in Old Testament times while the people of God observed The Sabbath, no idol worshipping people would observe The Sabbath of The Lord it would be a great contradiction, why would an idol worshipping people remember The Sabbath of The Lord and Creator and worship their idols at the same time? It would not make religious and spiritual sense, so then what are the well meaning Christians doing by saying that The Sabbath is no longer binding on human beings? Sadly they agree with The Old Testament idol worshipping people but in the name of God they are now more gulty than the idol worshipping people by refusing to observe The Sabbath which Christ made for all human beings (John 1: 1 to 3, 10 and 14 together with Exodus 20: 3, 8 to 11) and in line with the repeat of The Sabbath Commandment among the other 10 Commandments we read in Deuteronomy 5, Sabbath observance is a sign that one is free from slavery, therefore if we refuse to observe and continue to observe The Sabbath and do not live from Sabbath to Sabbath we are still slaves to sin and no Sabbath observing people would enslave another person therefore slavery with its slave masters together with their slaves is another community of idol worshipping people, so wherever slavery has been part of human history The Sabbath is not observed and where The Sabbath is observed as it should be there is true equality among all Sabbath observing people, there is no slavery, no racism segregation prejudice separation and apartite or cast system to be found and if any of these things are found in our societies together its because of the great absence of true and proper Sabbath observance which is between (sunset Friday to sundown Saturday pagan names used for reference purposes only) for the measurement of the days of the week from midnight to midnight on both a daily and weekly basis is the work of ancient heathen pagan idolatry with its culture.
To conclude The Sabbath was given before sin, we are reminded of The Sabbath and its sinless deathless environment and atmosphere in the 4th Commandment, Christ himself as The Lord and Creator gave spoke and wrote The Sabbath into The 10 Commandments stating that it was made for all human beings and it was the first doctrine lived in an environment where sin did never exist so on a weekly basis we are reminded of a time when sin did not exist or the statement regarding The Sabbath would not be as we read it in Exodus 20 8 to 11 and as long as we agree that we are all human beings then The Sabbath is for all human beings be it known or unknown accepted or rejected, hated or slighted The Sabbath remains as long as human beings remain on this earth and only when no human beings are left alive on our earth then The Sabbath should not be observed because there is no human beings to observe it, therefore without The Sabbath we desire the ways of death and sin, the destruction of the human race altogether on this planet earth and we live against both The Creator and ourselves at the same time and remain inseparable from all forms of Idolatry be it known or unknown to human beings whether we agree or not; finally The Sabbath will be and continue to be part of the experience of the redeemed of all humanity in the glorious kingdom of God and his Christ and we will live from Sabbath to Sabbath in a sinless deathless environment and atmosphere and in terms of numbers one 7th of eternity will be a glorious Sabbath experience and what a glorious moment that will be!
Therefore whatsoever others choose to do say or think may we be found on The Lord's side in regards to our Sabbath observation for such will look forward to the glorious experience of our Sabbath observance throughout the ceaseless endless years of eternity together with the redeemed of all ages in the company of angels and in the very presence of The Lord and his Christ and then the entire endless Universe will be in perfect harmony and sing with a united voice as it were...we will ever observe The Sabbath of The Lord and Creator and will never forget to remember The Sabbath and continue to please our God and each other at the same time as long as we live or more importantly for as long as The Lord and his Christ IS and LIVES, amen and amen again all together now Hallelujah Arrrrrrrmen Hallelujah Arrrrrrrmen Hallelujah Arrrrrrrmen and Amen.
I know that SDA major their preaching on sabbath keeping. They are argumentive about sabbath keeping citing certain passages to support their position. This Jamaican is citing Heb.4:10, however he is misinterpreting it. The work that is being referred to here is not physical work but works of the law to gain one's salvation. SDA also claim that the seven commandment is a moral law and therefore still stands. However Col.2:16, St Paul list the Sabbath with ceremonial law of food regulations, festival regulations. In verse 17, St Paul goes on to say that these ceremonial laws are shadows of things to come, being fulfilled by Christ
In Matt.11:28 Jesus offers this spiritual rest. This words tie in with Heb.4:10.
The Sabbath is not on Saturday but over two days and dates on a weekly basis, yes we agree to meet on Sabbath mornings which falls on Saturday mornings in the public place of worship while the sacred hours of The Sabbath of The Lord began as the sun goes down the day before.

He said, "Go therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" It initially appears he is saying to say the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost at baptism, but the following proves what he is actually saying.
"Go therefore and teach all nations BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not "names") OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Jesus disciples never used those words when they baptized anyone in water, nor did they use those words in one sentence regarding any other topic. Every time Jesus disciples baptized anyone in water they invoked Jesus Name at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7-8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16. Those are some of many scriptures that proves that the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is Jesus.
At about that same time Jesus said in Mark 16:16,"He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be Saved, but he that believes not shall be damned."

Jesus had not given the COMMANDMENT to be baptized in his Name until after He rose from the dead and just before He ascended to heaven. The thief or anyone else at that time could not have done it because they did not know about it.

Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5 - which is when the Spirit of Christ initially dwells in a person. Nowhere in Scripture does it say it happens any other way than that way. There is not one Scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Acts 19:1-5 is a good example.
Paul said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS."

Jesus Kept the Sabbath. He taught on the Sabbath day (Mark 1:21; 6:2; Luke 4:31; 13:10). In fact, Luke 4:16 says this was His custom! Mark 2:27-28 say, “And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.” Jesus Christ, the Scriptures reveal, is the Lord of the Sabbath. He made it for you and me! The word Sabbath or Sabbaths is mentioned 172 times throughout the Bible; 60 of these are found in the New Testament. If Christ had changed the Sabbath day to Sunday, surely He or the apostles who followed in His steps would have explained the change.

It important to know that keeping the sabbath along with the other 9. Should be blessed in his deeds. But when you are comparing the Colossians ch 2 14-16 for the doing away with the sabbath. When it was not do away with just fulfilled in Jesus collosians ch 2 it trying to get you to read leviticus ch 23 the whole chapter which reviled 7 feast days. In which Jesus was the end of this cermonal law. But in the book of the law there a 4sets of law. Dietarylaw civil law, moral law, cermonal law. He only nailed the cermonal law to the cross. The dietary, civil and moral law all go to the new testament and are supported there. When dealing with the moral which was not nailed to the cross. Jesus told the rich young ruler and started quoting part of the moral law. Notice Jesus did not say anything about obeying his parents . But that ruler told Jesus that he had been keeping these laws from his youth. So Jesus told him (if he wish to be perfect which means (be mature). Go sell what you have , give to the poor , and come follow me. Jesus references the moral law as eternal life. , just like scriptures says Jesus is and the gift of God is also eternal life. All 3 r the same. Geno do not understand Jesus and God working on sabbath was for the plan of salvation. Not for using that day for physical work for a job. What if Jesus was here today with all these that say Jesus change his holy day to the next day because of his resurrection. Which is a fulfillment of that cermonal law , feast of first fruits. Found in your new testament in 1 correnthains ch 15 v 20. That law has nothing to do with moral law that was finger carved by Jesus given to Moses. So make sure you understand your bible. In Joshua ch 1 v 8. This is Jesus attitude over the book of the law. In which is found in galations ch 3 V10. If you did not continue in the book , then you were under the curse. So read it right. Remember when I sent you to read Colossians ch 2 14 - 16. Which dealt with cermonal law only. Go read duetoromony ch 31 v 24-26. Jennings how can these Christian no god when their all love them belly , I been telling some of these Christian here that if they going to walk with jesus they got to fast ah whole day and night whenever their are fasting , well this Is what the Bible say , persons like this seventh day sabbath preacher here think he is going to make it in heaven but will never make it , when the truth is they don't love God , how could you love God an don't follow his exact ways , the day these Christian love Jesus is the day these Christian love to fast and fast like Jesus did , ah whole day and night , so if you are fasting for two are three days straight you got to do without food and drinks for those two are three days fasting , it's all in the fasting , and you got to fast for along while until the holy spirit of God tell you when you past the test , just like Jesus been tested on his fasting by lucifer it's the only place I no about where Jesus been test by lucifer no where else , got it
