This is really nice; so mysterious and calming. I would like to buy the mp3 download because my computer is old and keeps freezing or distorting but I can't find you on amazon.

hey, just keep your best focus on each sound, every sound, moment after moment, without looking for anything esle. keep awarness very focused on what gets to your ears. little by little you will feel something

In response to what N. Roos said, you will feel something indeed- but meditative focus takes some time to get used to. One should practice- the thoughts in one's head aren't immediately gonna go away. When thoughts come up then gently and non-judgmentally bring your focus back to those sounds he was talking about. This is gonna happen, trust me, but please don't let it frustrate you. You are still meditating even when you bring your attention back to the sounds!! What happens is you start to have longer and longer stretches where the voice in your head shuts up. And it's wonderful!! ☮❤🕉
