For all our budding Rum Distillers - either the Home Distiller producing for own use, or the future Craft Distillers doing product development - we supply high quality Molasses in two different grades, with a Lab Analysis per batch indicating the exact Total Brix and Fermentable Brix - the latter broken up in Sucrose content and Invert Sugar content.
Never have a failed fermentation again due to lack of information.
