I love how everyone hated the R33 for years but now everyone loves them. I’ve owned mine since 2014 and I just finished RB30 swapping it in June. It dyno’d 650hp and 540 tq on pump gas @24 psi. On e85 it can make 850-870hp. Now people want there R32 to look like a R33. I love it!!! I’m lovin’ it!!!
r33 was always the best r imo.
I wouldn’t say “hate”. But it pretty much have the middle child syndrome because the R32 Gtr has so much achievements, from collecting tons of championship trophies, getting banned in the process, reason why Gtrs are called “Godzilla”, setting records (even up to now). So the Japanese Gtr crowd has so much expectation for the R33, but it could only do so much. But! It’s still a very good car, they jokingly call it boat, but that’s one fine boat indeed. Maybe it still is less popular than the R34 or R32 Gtr, but it has more appeal now than it used too, rightfully so.
Have a Tommy kaira and Jun grill for the Gtr R32, they look the same but actually both have difference in shape. Anyways, those grills don’t need drilling, they fasten on the existing headlight clip holes. And their grill mounts properly too on the factory grill bracket. Still a nice product though, considering the T.K and the Jun costs an arm and a leg now and very hard to source.
Love the grill on my car. Wish I had this video three weeks ago though lol
I just realize that r32 from hotwheels skyline diorama set use this grille instead stock one

Will it fit the same with an R32 gtst? Of course taking into account that I have to cut the hood, but aside from that will it fit similarly?
Yes it will, again, you either need to cut your hood or source a GTR hood, but it will fit the same as a GTR after that;)
