The villa is located on the top of a hill within a six hectars secular park, which can be reached through a 200m long lime tree line avenue that opens an amazing view on Grigna and Resegone mountains. It´s situated in a strategic position: 15 km away from Como and Lecco, and 35 km from Milan.
The villa was designed by architect Cecilio Arpesani which was inspired by Florence renaissance shapes, and is provided with spacious halls,
honorary lounge, two lounge halls with capacity for up to 180 guests.
Inside of the park can be found a 25m long swimming pool which features a little "island" connected to the shore by two bridges.
