Actually I'm lvl 8 Grand Champion 9000+ trophies and fought higher level than me based on my experience you can outplay the game if you have the right cards and you know how to play them

If you want a legendary deck, I suggest The Boss, Rippin Fin, Mekkalodon, Striker, and Miss Bunny. Shino-B sucks for me. He is good but Mekkalodon is better.
