If you should get round to making another video, I suggest you make a close-up of the cutting procedure. Garfish certainly make for good eating. All the best!

No good, rip the back bone out. I like to leave the tail on...looks good on the plate.

Yes thats usually the case, cut back out on the big ones, probably anything over 40cm👍🎣
