OU and LSU played in 2019 last in the playoffs Joe Burrow lit us up. But that LSU team lit everybody up that season. I think everyone else likes to forget that season 😆 haha. But i respect that LSU team, it was the best team i think i have ever seen. They was on a different level.
@@ammoniawilder4451 You are correct about a couple being one score wins by joeyb and the boys. Thing is though once tigers got a 2 score lead (usually in 1st half) the opponent never started a drive with a chance to take lead or even tie it up. I'm talking about texass, bama, plainsmen, uga and UF. Gators only one that played LSU tight into 2nd half.
Just need to prove it on the field 👍 The talking heads not doing their research 😮 are missing the boat. A lot of bias being repeated 🤷♀️ As a fan I am happy with the staff and directions ❤ Ready for the season 🙀
Typical business in today’s CFB. BV’s direction is positive and most are pleased with his progress. Plus, there might a few more dollars in the OU’s piggy bank now that they’re in the nation’s best football conference.
I would have held off until we see what OU is in the 1st year in the SEC. Most people are saying around 8 wins but we have to see if they get any big wins. If you go 8 wins and lose early key games like to TN, well that all of a sudden looks like a long 8 years. Venebles not sure on offense and his season will depend on Arnold. But it isn't an easy schedule and 1st year in the SEC is imo, going to be tough but it's winning if you get to 9 wins with that schedule. Everyone will score on OU, the D isn't good, espcially the secondary and will be bad for any SEC school until they build more depth. 8-4, 9-3 and no chance to win the SEC imo. Arnold will be ready for the SEC at some point during this season but imo, won't be by the TN game.
I understand why any and all of the sooner nation want to forget the REAL last time these 2 schools played. If you love good college football you will LOVE the SEC.
Not only did OU use the transfer portal OU also have years of recruiting to develop BB will put it together So tired of the repetitive talking heads 🤦🏻♀️
Come on. People act like this is a naia program moving to D1. Its Oklahoma. They’ve won more big games than anyone. The question should be is the SEC ready for Oklahoma?
Why wouldn't we be ready Have we not beat Alabama×3 Tennessee×2 Auburn We have more 10/11 win seasons then anyone Yes Alabama You are Clueless if you think we are not ready
In regard to all those 10/11 wins seasons you need to look at level of competition faced. In the last SIX regular seasons the sooners have faced TWO top 10 opponents. Year one in the SEC there are FOUR staring you in the face and two more knocking on top 10 door.
Do I think Ou will struggle? No. Do I think they’ll have the run they had in the big12? No. They’ll be fine, but I don’t think they’ll be dominant in the sec like the big12.
@@ricksaunders8074 The gumps been that good. They had the best roster and the bestest coach. They beat top 10 opponents on the regular. That's something uo can't say. How many top 10 regular season wins for sooners last SIX seasons? How have the last 2 VS LSU gone?
I was at the 2003 National Championship Game in New Orleans, and the LSU fans were the nastiest, most unsportsmanlike fans that I have ever seen. Next level vulgarity, even from children, and directed even at women and the elderly. There was not a hint of Southern gentility.

They didn’t light everyone up. They beat auburn, Alabama and a few other teams by less than a touchdown. :))

If that was the case you surely don't want to make the trip to Death Valley.
