Hi Madeleine, Love love love your channel! I've really only just got into watching vlogs myself and yours is by far the most enjoyable, mature and inspirational. As you'll be very aware of course, vlogging is growing but I really couldn't name someone who's you tube channel is as professional and natural as yours. I've yet to watch all your videos (I'm getting through them) but I'd love to see more nutrition based videos. I'm a huge believer in the Real Food Diet but there's so much around town of what you should and shouldn't eat and with you studying naturopathic nutrition and learning about the gut, I'd love to know your opinion on fitness and nutrition. Even as a personal trainer, I know what's good and what's bad and what I advise my clients is the Balanced approach but your opinion with what you've learnt on your course would be wonderful. I've got a friend on your course at the moment and I've been inspired to do it myself. Big love x
I have a question for your Q&A, how do you suggest healthy eating for someone who is a fussy eater? I have tried many different fruits but I just don't like any of them (except bananas) so I find throughout her day I am snacking on buscuits and chocolate etc. (I do eat lots of veggies tho!!) love you and your videos x
I have a question for you Q&A, I get tired very easily and find that a lot of days I need a nap during the day to keep up energy, how do you suggest I avoid this but still keeping up energy as it means I have less time to study for my ALevels
