Dr. Mario but all pills and viruses are yellow

It ends when the game decides that I lost and completely freezes at the start of Level 7. Recorded at 50% game speed with a cheat that forces both sides of every pill to be yellow in addition to a hacked CHR ROM and manually editing the board's RAM at the start of each level.

You can see the colours of the viruses do a ‘fit’ for certain objects that were coloured differently.
