    This situation is normal here in UAE for the first timers 🇦🇪 I also went through the same situation, the major problem here in Dubai is not luck of Jobs but the number of hours and how tough the jobs are.
    My Advice
    Don’t come to UAE if your are Lazy, if you can’t work for 12hours none stop don’t come.

You might ask me how did I know this. The ok lady made a TH-cam video about it. There are 2 cases that I know of.

    UAE(Dubai) is neither America or Europe. many people come here with the expectation of making it like those in the west with a short time frame...you chose to come to UAE(Dubai) because the Visa was easier to get than the west. it's not Dubai's problem you're not getting a job..when some of you are told not to travel to Dubai for greener pastures, you assume the advisor is a naysayer but he/she might be a true well wisher. Now, for anyone that wants to come to Dubai, learn a skill...for men, barbering or specialization in mechanical/plumbing/carpentry work will be helpful, for ladies, hairdressing(braiding), is a good option. if you have a degree and be willing to further it with an international certification, that'll be an advantage or has enough money for a local certification that'll be helpful. before you come(graduates) authenticate your certificate at the ministry of foreign affairs and also take it to the uae embassy in Ghana. now don't come here with the mindset of enriching yourself easily even America and Europe have their struggles. though here is seen as a developed country, it's still building and growing. you can't compare a country that's only 50 years old(UAE) to a country that's over 200years old(USA) but you need to commend the great achievements the UAE has accomplished over this short period. it's growing and has it struggles. also stop giving your money to agents who promise you job verbally. I've lived here for very long and I know what I'm talking about. most of these people are deceitful. get your 3 months Visa which is normally cheap and buy your ticket. come here with a hustlers mentality. stay positive when you come and stop being negative. approach people who you think will be of help and concisely tell them what you're capable of doing and God willing you'll make it. if anyone wants an advice, you can reply this message and will help you with the most I know..everyone be blessed

    Don't despair, travelling experience is also good, look around, see how neat the place is, see how hardworking the UAE people are and renew your mind. Just come home and start something, you will make it. Also find and attend a good bible believing church and pray hard. Life is spiritual, see the UAE people, they pray hard just as they work hard.

      I was passing by and saw your comment so I had to chime in. My guy if hard work was the key to success then Africans and Asians would be the richest peoples. Secondly, the Mayans, Egyptians and Atlantians were all idolatrous yet very successful civilizations and I’m damn sure they did everything contrary to the Bible. Lastly, most of the existing infrastructure in the UAE wasn’t even built by their own citizens rather imported labor so please explain to me how you think they’re hardworking

    • @shotgunoza
      @shotgunoza 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      One more point; The UAE’s major export is tourism, they’re not known for to be huge players when it comes to primary and secondary produce in the 3 sector model so 🤭

    • @kwakubaafi7801
      @kwakubaafi7801 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@shotgunoza Interesting question my guy, first of all, hardworking doesn't mean hard labour, 2, I suggested Christianity because it is my able faith, what I meant is that they must be fidel in whatsoever faith they find themselves in, the people of UAE are 90% Muslims but religiously faithful. Idolatry is also a religion (I hate it though) if it works for you so be it. But man cannot receive anything good without a spiritual backing. Finally, being witty, thinking out of the box and putting your hands to work can never go unrewarded.

    • @jayjayy6556
      @jayjayy6556 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@shotgunoza don't ever lie to yourself. the uae's major export is oil...tourism is that of Dubai to boost it's economy. uae has 7 Emirates/states or regions as we know in Ghana.. though UAE is a country, all these Emirates have their own governments that run their Emirates.. Dubai as an emirate focus on tourism so know that fact before spewing it. UAE got it's money from vast exploration of oil

    one problem with most Ghanaians in UAE is once they get a job, they want to cancel their contracts after 6 months. Why will a company spend money to get you your visa then what to cancel after 6months. That the main reason most companies don't want to employ Africans. They will prefer Asians who will work till their contract ends not on Africans who have absurd demands. I have met Ghanaians working here who are doing well for themselves. People come to Dubai without any basic knowledge about how things are done and what to be rich overnight.
