They filled the sky around Corpus Christi. I remember the thrill of getting into one at Cabinass Field at a Navy open house around maybe '53. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be.
not sure if anyone gives a shit but if you are bored like me during the covid times then you can watch pretty much all of the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. Have been streaming with my brother lately =)
Erm... i didn't know that il2 is a game...once you so kindly and graciously replied i had the insight to google it and was thus enlightened...my sincere gratitude...
+Top Secret In his defense, the first time I saw IL2 1946 I thought it was a one specific sim about the Ilyushin Sturmovik, althought the 1946 didn't make sense. I think it's a strange name for sim. Why not name it P-40 1944? Or Ki-43 1945, or TBD Devastor 1947? I'm sure someone will enlighten me, but I think it's a weird choice of a name.
@@michaeldavid6284 the original IL-2 was basically just an IL-2 sim, but they expanded it to more planes in the expansions but kept the IL-2 named because it was famous at that point
Why in hell is that deck edge elevator going up and down??. NOT very accurate. Also she V on the tail means they are off the Valley Forge NOT the Essex. Get accurate.

Valley Forge was not built until after ww2 I served on her in the late 50s.
