    I feel like gods are concepts or themes and humans can soul-contract to come in and embody these gods as their perspective through and through… Egyptian mythology is so puzzling to me

    Hi, I know that you've already made videos about some Egyptian gods, but I think you overlooked an important one: Aset. I know some TH-camrs don't record videos about her due to demonetization, but you can use her Greek name, or her Egyptian name, Aset. Your videos are so cool and packed with a lot of information that I had to try to convince you to do a video about her. Hugs.

    • @prinka2096
      @prinka2096 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      What's wrong with Aset?

    • @keikairin2038
      @keikairin2038 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      She's also called IO. Greek mythology states she was a woman who got knocked up by a 'child of Zeus' or someone in exile from Zeus' lands living in Crete (possibly Zeus himself before he took Olympus) who fled persecution for having a child she wasn't permitted, to gain dominion over Egypt because she was more educated and knowledgeable then the folks living there at the time.
      Neith/Nyx/Nott is your real creation mother. Not Isis. Io/Isis/Aset was just a woman displaced from Egypt attempting to 'bring her mother goddess' back to the lands which were originally hers to rule. By taking her old role. Look up Merneith and the 1st Dynasty of Egypt. She attempted to unite all of Egypt through marriage and her Southerner husband's family killed them all....and tried to moved her peoples out to Caanan, Syria, Crete, Asia Minor and Greece.
      Also note your first two 'kings' were women. Bull and Scorpion were your 'fertility mother' and her female 'enforcer'. Bull was a Cow goddess, the fertility mother of her peoples. Scorpion was a midwife, healer and poisoner / enforcer. She supported the fertility mother. This was Neith/Nyx/Nott's original way. You don't know more....because the men didn't want you to know more. They purposefully destroyed her tombs and hid her from you for thousands of years. The men don't like to be reminded they 'killed' their mother goddess and weren't true rulers. But knowledge of her is hidden in other cultures if you study world mythology.
      For the record guys. The Persians 'Hittite's are not real. They were Phoenicians of Neith displaced to Asia Minor. They weren't Sumerians. Stop letting those folks claim peoples just because they stole and raped some women. The ghosts of those women are continually rolling in their graves in anger.
      Greek phaio-, from phaios means dusky, gray. These were 'dusky gray' Neithians. These folks were 'half-breeds'. Part white, part black. Your racial supremist tyrants were persecuting the multicultural folks who 'owned' these lands when you overpopulated your own....just like we see today. Nothing has changed in 5000 years with the old world folks.

    The main reason why the gods & goddesses were all abandoned is because humanity began to realize that NONE of them were any better, and in many cases... FAR WORSE than we lowly humans. Humanity never "failed" or "sinned"..... They were CREATED inherently flawed, by those who were/are equally as flawed.

    Just some honest and well intentioned sugestions of a viewer: take away the repetitions. You tell variations of "Ma'at represents the principles of justice, truth and balance" at least 10 times on the video, between other repetitions of ideas and afirmations, it's tiring and add nothing to the video besides minutes (you probably could have made a video of 5 minutes without taking away any real content, just taking away the repetitions).
    And on a related theme, you do not need to use a fancy way of talking because of the theme you are talking about. This need you created ends up playing against you. For example, you start the video with something like "On the time the river Nile flowed, the Piramids appeared on the horizon..." Well, this all happens now too, it is a image that does not represent ancient Egypt, only geographic Egypt itself.
    You chose a really interesting kind of content to talk about, we can see you know, or at least researched, what you are talking about, but those two points I talked about end up creating incentives for us not to watch the video till the end or look for other videos of the channel. I believe that if you fix those points it will really improve your content.

      appreciate the feedback. I absolutely agree. This was an older video of mine. I writing the scripts in segments and was pretty bad at proof reading before recording. and by bad I mean i didn't do any. I've received several comments about that so I'd like to think my more recent videos, Norse Japanese and mesopotamian ones have improved. I will have to revisit my older video some day and do a revamp for sure.

    Let this be shown men. One of the world's first judges was a woman.
    They needed to show SOMEONE who wasn't just the ruler being a tyrant bossing people around.
    So they chose an 'empathetic' and 'intelligent' woman to listen and make a judgement call. OVER another man....
