Lowestoft return by musical AEC Regent V - 8 (918 NRT)

A lovely traditional ride aboard Lowestoft Corporation Transport musical AEC Regent V MD3RV / Massey 8 (918 NRT) with conductor chattering away to some passengers just as the more friendly ones always did.
Views show the bus mostly from 'front seat' lower saloon nearside, but also from further back on the offside of the lower saloon, as well as the upper saloon (at the end) to capture the different sounds around the bus.
A gorgeous AV470-engined 7.68 litre Regent with a nice aural ‘boom’ to the exhaust, when driven gently (as here) at low revvs, noticeable in the 'over bonnet' section of view, then a 'rasp' from the tail-pipe when pressed hard through the gears (not that much in this very genteel and pleasant ride).
A very typical early 1960s British Massey-bodied AEC Regent V bus.
