Yes sir 1500 is good but doesn't take nearly the abuse of the thoriated tungsten of this 1200 tube but less drive is needed. Happy new year to ya Ironman.

my lp100 does the same crap ...I have the 10kw coupler to. Always on the unkeys. I have a bird in front of it, the birds are tighter for sure.

3cx1200 ceramic tube is bullet proof.
Very good amp with 200 watt drive it will last forever. Almost as good as a Ameritron al 1500 amp .Ironman in Alabama 73s
