Glad you found the video helpful. There is a repository with lots of templates here - github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/tree/master/quickstarts/
Every example will have an ARM template and most have a Bicep equivalent.

How does Bicep compare to Terraform?

Both are helpful and there is a lot of material out there to help you understand them. I have found Bicep slightly easier to learn versus Terraform.
