Hey man your video explain exactly what happened in orientation 👍💯I was there on sep.9 went tru the whole process at the end of the day they called me in the office and told me I don’t qualify due to not enough employment history even though I word back to back years and tried my best to give the recruiter proof for some reason there’s no explanation or why I didn’t get a chance had a bad experience the recruiter would not even respond back to me nor give me updates my record is clean passed drug test and everything
Once you complete the orientation and back home, how long does it takes to get your driver code (hire confirmation)? And after that, what are the next steps?
My orientation is 3 hrs away, Im driving to it, I hope I have the opportunity to take my car home, Also, my onboarding coordinator informed me that there are no drug testing facilities contracted with swift in my area, and that I will be testing at orientation. Im assuming this will cause a delay. All other pre-orinetation requirements have been met..

I have done marijuana in the past I've been clean and planning to stay clean for over a month because I find money to be more important any recommendations patience before I submit my application I've already have my commercial license permit
I have 2 speeding tickets that are over 15 mph that happen 2 years ago. Will this affects hiring. I went through them to get my cdl and my orientation is Monday
