I just noticed something. All the four main Roidmudes died in a way related to their name. Chase was chasing for a way to be truly alive and live with the humans, Medic died and healed people. Brain was thinking with his head and switched places with Medic. Heart knew followed his heart, and decided he couldn't live with humanity. Kind of depressing actually, that they were basically named as a foreshadowing of their demise.
FusionBase27B Thank you. the end of drive made me feel odd cause for once they showed them as not just straight up evil. their evolutions actually required them to be MORE human. so at the end you realize a sentient, feeling species was just executed.
That is another good point! I love Kamen Rider Drive (One of my all time favorite series) and all of the characters. So I knew there were something else about the Roimudes (Chase, Heart, Brain, and Medic) that actually made them unique.
Heart in my oppinion was best and better Villain in Neo Heisei series. He's al least , he become hero at the end. Hopefully , he was return again in Kamen Rider Brain : Drive Saga
Okay, after watching this, I had planned to make a video for all 109 Roidmudes, but so many were killed before getting character development, and the Reaper Legion were almost considered expendable, its becoming difficult. I might either have to scrap the project or group a bunch of them under one song.

Most sympathetic antagonist. pretty much just wanted to stop the genocide of his race from a humanity he'd only ever known pain and hatred.

I'd say start with Kamen Rider Ex-Aid or maybe Kabuto or Ryuki.

Well I'd say any 90s series would be a good start ( From Jetman to GoGoV). I can't give you a single series to pick though. That part is up to you.
I might do Liveman or stay along with Kyuuranger when it starts, because I was too late for Zyuohgers.
