Amit Shah said that the Constituent Assembly had made a provision for constitutional amendment in Article 368. Now some leaders have come who call themselves young at the age of 54. And keep roaming around saying that they will change the Constitution. There is a provision for changing the provisions of the Constitution in Article 368. BJP ruled for 16 years. It changed the Constitution 22 times in 16 years. Congress made 77 changes in its 55 years of rule. Now both BJP and Congress have made changes. Changes have been made under the constitutional process as well as by twisting it.
अमित शाह ने कहा कि संविधान सभा ने आर्टिकल 368 में संविधान संशोधन का प्रावधान किया गया था। अभी कुछ नेता आए हैं जो कि 54 साल के उम्र में खुद को युवा कहते हैं। और घूमते रहते हैं कि संविधान बदल देंगे। संविधाव के प्रावधानों को बदलने का प्रावधान आर्टिकल 368 में है। भाजपा ने 16 साल राज किया। 16 साल में 22 बार संविधान में परिवर्तन किया। कांग्रेस ने 55 साल के शासन में 77 परिवर्तन किए। अब भाजपा और कांग्रेस दोनों ने परिवर्तन किए। संविधानिक प्रक्रिया के तहत भी परिवर्तन हुए और तोड़ मरोड़ कर भी परिवर्तन किए गए हैं।
