Blue farm player here! I definitely should not have fed Noah as much but the slicer adds so much pressure to the table, it was a good game all in all! Thanks for having me!!
I want to point out a very small line in wishclaw that was relevant. The card says during your turn not in sorcery speed so you could use it in response to the brain freeze. Yeah the card is weird.
Since we're out here pointing out optimizations, I find the optimal line instead of tutoring for Mana Crypt you grab Jeweled Lotus for a turn 2 Kraum into a turn 3 Tymna. Also holding back on casting Kraum for a chain of Vapor has to be wrong (especially because you didn't pay for Rhystic anyway). I feel like worst case scenario you're blocking with Kraum and get a few draws. Then next turn you have Tymna + Chain of Vapor. Great game though, it was fun to watch. I enjoy watching Blue Farm since it's the best deck in the game. There are so many optional lines, and every card just feels broken.
@@zweis so I thought about the jeweled lotus but I thought that having the permanent mana and getting a tymna with a slicer made more sense than having two mana and Kraum. It was a tough choice though I definitely wasn’t sure what to do, it was a lot of fun
Yeah I really thought slicer was going to make it, but that's what's great about inalla is there are so many layered combos, granted he did get help from that cyc rift
@@DeadOnBoardMTG fairly similar, more stax as most lgs's and tourneys are non-proxy events. So people make due with what they have. (We get games like your latest vid a lot too)
No, Kraum took 3 from first strike. Then after Kraum and Slicer both deal damage to each other as regular damage . Kraum will take another 3 and Slicer will take lethal damage and regenerate. If Kraum also had first strike then Kraum would not die because he would deal lethal before regular damage.

Damn Noah really had to work for that one!

Why does Emiel go to the bin at 03:29? Earthquack was only for 2?
Oh I had asked it's toughness and they said it was x 2... can't believe no one caught it
@@DeadOnBoardMTG Ah these things happen XD Anyways, enjoying the content as always! Keep it up and much love from sunny South Africa!
Wow, is there any difference in the meta down there?

is that inala list gonna get updated :)
That's his paper list so I don't think he messes with it much
@@DeadOnBoardMTG if you could ask him to update it I’d be really grateful. He inspired me to want to pick up the deck
I’ll update it later today. And while I’m at it I’ll look at MH3 cards since I haven’t touched the list since June.

Can DSwat redirect slaughter pact without a legal target?
No if there were no legal targets, but there was both thassas and the elemental so there was a legal target
Shouldn't be kraum still alive after regenerating slicer? Because regenerate removes an attacking creature from combat.

Is hammerheim tech for phimage? I play Slicer as well, so I'm just curious.
I think its more just a free roll, since it's an untapped red source, but yeah it also works well for phimage
Wait, doesn't the flip side of slicer have menace? So wouldn't darren have to block with the orchish too?
Edit:fixed some spelling

Is the mishras workshop a proxy??
Yes, lol most of the decks I play are fully proxied, that way I can travel with them and not worry about lending them out at events
dang Slicer is an absolute menace here
I know I was so hoping to hit an equipment
*I see Slicer I Click*
Wait, if Darren have Orc in hand why didnt he let Noah resolve Pact and force him to draw an empty library? Lol
Little confused, Daren died to combat damage before Noah went off with thassa, unless you're talking about a different point of the game
Good game
Yeah it was so close it felt like
