When you mentioned the nivea sunscreen being suitable when in a humid climate compared to somewhere drier, I felt it. This is something we usually overlook when someone raves about a product! Not a Asian beauty item but on a recent trip to Australia, I picked up the Hamilton sunscreen and it felt so good and light in the dry Australian climate. Back in Singapore, it still does work but on super hot and humid days, I feel like my face can't breathe 😅😂
Self-foaming facial wash has been the only way I've been able to get my boyfriend to use anything on his face other than body wash in the shower. Kudos to whoever invented that.🎉
Next purchases are definitely Numbuzin 3 serum & D'alba's mist and sunscreen. Sometimes I have to stop the video just to admire your skin. Thanks Tina. ❤
I don't know what you've been doing differently with your make up but 2023 is your best year yet-- gorrrrrgeous. Something is different in either product or application technique and I can't put my finger on it but you look more beautiful, cleaner, more polished and just...more expensive. I love your look, whatever it is you've done differently! Suits you so much more and brings out the natural beauty you're so blessed with.
The hair thing I feel you on!! Every product I have tried has done nothing for my frizzy, dry, poofy hair until recently I started using the Korean Unove line and lemme tell you I actually saw a difference for the first time after using numerous products that just never worked! Especially the No Wash Water Ampoule definitely recommend if you want almost instant results! Its a little oily if you over do it but other then that its very light and smooths out most of the hair!
My hair was the same! It was frizzy and poofy and it was really difficult to style. I would recommend getting a leave in conditioner! It changed my life (especially the Miss Jessie’s leave in condish) and my hair is so much nicer!
Blackpink's Make-up artist uses the d'alba multi balm on Rose so, I bought it also because of vitamin c and I love it since it's really moisturizing. I thought about buying the KAHI one because it's Kahi of After School Brand but I feel like it's just hype since before I heard mixed reviews on it. Also BP's make up artist also uses atobarrier cream mist which I think you mentioned before. I hope one day you can get your hands on Missha sets specifically the "red" algae set, I usually buy it for my mom since she loves it especially the cream in the tub but the texture is so nice.
The Nivea super water gel is my favourite sunscreen for my body! I hate the feeling of products on my skin/hands and it just disappears 🙏 it saves me in Japanese summer
I love the cosrx proplolis toner and the cica fit they are 2 of my favorite toners , I have bought many bottles I always have them, I love sk11 I find it gives results the cheaper ones don't give. Toners and essence are my favorite steps , people say it's not necessary I totally disagree. LOL
I bought the melty vanilla lip balm and it has changed my life!! One of the best stick balms ive used. I recommend k18 for hair. The first time i used it i saw such a big reduction in my frizz and so much smoother
It has always amused me that there are SO many Japanese products marketed as "otona", including sweets. My mom used to use that as an excuse to say no, pointing to the "big person" kanji and saying it's only for big people. Yet, in American English, the word "adult" has a very different connotation. I have been indulging in some d"Alba products lately. I am loving the serum/cream combo moisturizer! I would love to hear about your haircare adventures! I am of mixed heritage as well and my hair is very unruly. My father had very curly hair so my hair has an uneven wave and it gets SO frizzy. This sometimes happens with my eyelashes too -- I have to use an eyelash curler to even out the natural curl of my lashes.😹
Tina, I’ve always wanted to go to Japan but you made be want to go even more like desperately after your trip. So I just booked my trip and I’m so excited 😍😍thank you girl !
Hi Tina, I just wanted to tell you that I found you looking for K-Beauty videos on TH-cam and I've literally watched all your videos! I really enjoy watching you and listening to what's good not only in K-Beauty but in J-Beauty as well! You put a smile on my face when I see a new video of yours! I very muched enjoyed this one, as usual! Just wanted to say hi and keep making videos please bc I love watching them! Have a wonderful day!
I know it's not a topic related to the videos you often make. But can you please talk about the Japanese collagen supplements. I heard they are better than most vegan collagen as Japanese one uses fish collagen.
I REALLY wanted to love the Tiam cleanser but I've used it for a week and it leaves my skin EXTREMELY flaky and dry 😭 its such a beautiful cleanser that I wish worked for me. Back to Rovectin I go!
Highlight of my week are your videos on a Friday ❤ thank you thank you thank you! Your advice has helped me choose great skincare for managing hormonal acne. Gentle is best!
I just got back from a 3 week holiday in Japan and got some skincare, mostly Chifure lotion and nyueki, a bunch of sunscreens and makeup from Canmake and Cezanne and Kate. I honestly much prefer Korean to Japanese skincare as I find it more simple and less innovative than Korean, but I do like the Japanese sunscreen market, plus being able to buy it tax free was great. I got the new Melano CC sunscreen, the biore mists, and of course Anessa and Allie which were at the front of all the tax free shops
I think your hair looks great but I understand how you feel. The only product I've found that works for my dry, damaged hair is the Revlon Uniq One leave-in conditioner, it gives my hair a nice shine 🙂
Please, I have a huuuuuge favor. I'm 57 and just discovered J & K Beauty. Unfortunately for me. I've been watching all your videos, and I got wrapped up in amazement, and I realized I'm already in trouble with my skin. So, I would literally pay you🤣, literally, if you could give me a budget friendly, aging, hydration care regime, I would love you for LIFE😄 I know its a 7- 10 step process, and I'm ready. But I'm completely confused. Not clear on the differences in the day and night routines. Neck and chest need help also. I've learned a lot from you already. I understand the benefits of oil and double cleansing, loving the essences, toners, masks, ampouls, etc. Just really need recommendations and more knowledge about aging skin. If you could find time in your very busy schedule, to reply, and possibly help me, girl, I will send you flowers💐😂 No bs😆 You're videos are amazingly informative. Thanks for opening my eyes ! The West sucks😅
I love your vids! but when discussing products esp. sunscreens could u please mention if they have fragrance, drying alcohols or essential oils n what type of filters. it would be v helpful in weeding through all the recs esp. when there are so many
Tina I would totally recommend the scinic sunscreen!! It's sooo cheap and is doing it for me during these dry winters!! I love the dalba too but I just cant justify the price... This is the next best thing for me so far.
Tina love your videos and recommendations. Is there any chance that we can get your mom's top skincare? FYI, the volume of this video is quite low, I had to listen on Max, and it still felt low.
Ehi Tina, have you ever tried mary&may’s products? I tried their centella sunscreen and I was blown away… now I’d like to know if their other products are that valid too
I got this foreo luna brush, silicone bristles, it is fantastic, so gentle and powerful! are you famiiar with this brand? they have super anniversary sales right now....
I have ordered the Nivea sunscreen after seeing your videos and after hearing good review of it. Can you also please suggest where can we get d’alba products?
Hey tina love ur vids ....can u plz review the whole line of naturie skin conditioner, milk and gel pls u said you'll upload one im still waiting 🥲...and also pls try out the mela no cc lotion and review it plzzz
Hmm hair looks fine. Not big into hair care but Abbey Yung channel got me into ogx coconut oil that i apply before wash, a bond repair shampo and quality conditioner and hair mask once a month
Does one to use an oil-based cleanser if you don’t wear makeup? I only ever use one cleanser, not two, but wonder if I should start double cleansing despite never wearing makeup. I do have oily, sensitive skin.
Hi Tina, I really enjoy your content on skincare, but a lot of your videos are very soft in volume and sometimes even at full volume it’s hard to hear what you say. Love your videos!
Can’t speak about the SK II Essence, but Dermatologist, Dr Dray, didn’t like their toner. I think she said it was very drying and didn’t think the Ingredients warranted the high price of it. She also has a video above Collagen supplements & some posters said they just use the Vital Proteins collagen Powder you can get at Walmart. Just stir some in your morning coffee as it’s tasteless. They use 40 grams for a serving. Which I might try since I turn 60 next month & I could never swallow pills.
My hair game changers were the Diane Botanical shampoos, and the Mugens Argan Essential Therapy. I can say that I'm very proud of my hair and I have gotten many compliments including from my hairdresser. Another tip would be to use ox horn combs instead of plastic combs. You can give them a try! If you can't get them in/shipped to Australia I can help you get them in Singapore then ship them to you!
Instant mood lifter whenever you have new upload! 😊❤
Same feeling❤
Right?
❤

Same!! Hamilton was alriight over here in Aus but in South East Asia it was greasy and oxidised so weirdly 😂

Completely agree ! We'd love to know @Tina !!
Honestly you are like a sunshine.Brightening up people's days✨💚 keep shining sis

omg WHATT how exciting!!!!! I am so stoked for you have the best timeeeee 😆💗💗💗
Would love an updated Logan skincare routine! Or one where you do your routines together. 😊
OMG, Tina, you've just given me a micellar water hack of the year! ❤❤❤
My skin hates cotton pad swiping of any kind and now I can turn my micellar water into a gentle foam face wash? OMG, let me thank you again!!!

I don’t think anyone will ever complain about getting a long video from you 😂 KEEP EM COMING GIRL🎉❤
Great video with a lot of products,😍👏 thanks for sharing information🫶
My day is always better when you post✨
I totally relate to your frizzy, “nothing helps my hair” comment😂 Thank you for the awesome content!

I think your hair looks great but I understand how you feel. The only product I've found that works for my dry, damaged hair is the Revlon Uniq One leave-in conditioner, it gives my hair a nice shine 🙂
Do you have any recommendations for the nose area? My nose dry up super fast and it gets Cakey right in that area!
What lip product were you wearing in this video, Tina? It looks so pretty on you!! 😍
I tried the Numbuzin no 3 toner and my god, what a strong scent it has. It was like punch in the face each time. I really struggled to empty it.
I always get excited for your empties ♥️ love your lippie here 😍
Your videos always makes my day 🥰

I have ordered the Nivea sunscreen after seeing your videos and after hearing good review of it. Can you also please suggest where can we get d’alba products?

Not big into hair care but Abbey Yung channel got me into ogx coconut oil that i apply before wash, a bond repair shampo and quality conditioner and hair mask once a month
And you call that 'not big into haircare' 😅
What's contact lens do you use?🥹🙏🏻💕
I really want to see logans skin care routine one day haha
Awesome 😊
Does one to use an oil-based cleanser if you don’t wear makeup? I only ever use one cleanser, not two, but wonder if I should start double cleansing despite never wearing makeup. I do have oily, sensitive skin.
You can just use one cleanser
You lipstick shade please❤. Does anyone know?

Hi Tina, I really enjoy your content on skincare, but a lot of your videos are very soft in volume and sometimes even at full volume it’s hard to hear what you say. Love your videos!
@ 16.5
Retinol palmitate does very little.
Wowww, you are so pretty
❤️❤️❤️
💙💙💙
Oooh a fellow dilmah girl!
The SKII essence was like tap water for me. Very disappointed.
k18 is game changer!! olaplaex doesn't compare imo
I love facemasks
No moisturizer?

How often do you get Botox
She's never had Botox

"ox horn comb"??!! sorry that is soo unnecessarily cruel n inhumane all to comb hair when plastic, wooden, bamboo are all available
Tina-San 🤍
your audio edit is bad, its so lowwwwwww
I’m Honestly really impressed that you had the guts to say something that stupid 😮
