For future reference, with command hooks, the tab at the bottom is meant to be slowly pulled down so the glued part easily removes itself from your wall without damage :)

Fyi...to remove the command hooks, you pull straight down on that little piece on the bottom of the command hooks...by pulling down on that tab, it slowly removes the whole sticky pad, no prying is needed.

Just a heads up I was told a few years ago and it changed my life if you pull down on the command strip tab it actually is meant to just peel off if you pull in the direction of the arrows on the tab
