- Welcome to the 'Bay of Lights' each year Torquay in South Devon put on a display of light instalments over the festive period. Spread along a 1.5 mile walk - here we have most of the lights - with a couple missing.
I might have accidentally crashed my drone during the filming of this video - so couldn't get all the footage I was after.
