Perhaps why some streamers opt to not look at chat while doing the story. You never know what losers will spoil it for everyone and its best to play it safe.
Congrats on your Endwalk! The ending really is the most Final Fantasy thing ever for better or worse. Zenos... didn't understand why WoL was how WoL was, but wanted WoL to be happy. He gave everything he knew how to give and in the end helped you get back to your friends. To make WoL happy. Best buddy. At least to me!

My Bros Emet Selch & Hythlodaeus always come through in the end! Endwalker has made me cry like no game ever has! FFXIV is the best MMORPG forevermore! I can't wait to explore all the places Emet told us about! I want to see these two again! The Zenos part was good too because I understand him! Zenos is the polar opposite of the WOL! I respected Zenos in that he could not find joy in anything except when he fought us! We gave him a good death I like to believe! I understood Meteion right from the start in Elpis! Meteion was good yet naive! When she connected with the other Meteia (her sisters) she got controlled by them to give the report to Hermes! It was their sorrow that drowned her out! It was the hive mind effect! Hermes sent out thousands upon thousands of Meteia (Meteion clones) into the universe! They were out there exploring for thousands of years spreading despair! They caused some planets to die & end themselves! During the fight the hope & prayers of our friends helped us survive! The WOL is THE LIGHT in THE DARKNESS! I hope we see Meteion again because she flew off into the horizon! I am so stoked for what 7.0 will bring all of us! Great vid, keep up the good work! ;)
The responses you choose are your own, and I'll respect that. But for the Zenos fight, Option 1 was the best answer. You don't have to like him to admit we like to play this game. He finally came to terms with the notion that pissing us off wont get him what he wants. He literally took Alisae's words to heart. For once....he learned. The least we can do is oblige. And the response dialogue from him after makes alot more sense.

The second option is the hero's answer. You know full well that Zenos must be stopped. You've given him many chances, but you know that if he isn't struck down, he will continue to hunt you. He chased you to the literal ends of the universe; only by the will of the Twelve was no one killed in the process, this time. You have to put him down, and you know there is no other way. The third option is the player's answer. This battle-hungry lunatic has gotten to your last nerve. You met in Stormblood and Shadowbringers. You fought, and fought, but the piece of Garlean shit won't leave you alone because he has an eternal hard-on for your attention. And now that you finally have a near-endless void where no one will get in the way, without your friends to act as your tether to morality and heroic pragmatism, where no one can judge you as you carry out the one thing you've been wanting to do for so long, you can finally kill the mother fucker and close this chapter of your life. He's calling you out, and the stage has been set for one last duel. Of course, the choice is yours, and none of the answers are truly wrong. But there is one answer that is more correct than the other two. Here's a hint: it's not the one you picked.

I mean, I was bawling my eyes out significantly during this stream so I will say I pretty emotional. Chat did not ruin my experience at all with the story. If anything they enhanced it by being there with me as I played my journey. I can assure you nothing was wasted
