'Skin Deep' - The Doug Williams Story

Doug Williams' story is one that should be told to everyone who will listen. 'Skin Deep' is an 11-part docu-series produced by Anthony Smith for NFL Network that does just that. The film explores Williams’ journey from his childhood struggles through segregated New Orleans. The story also stretches back to his college days playing for legendary Grambling coach Eddie Robinson...his roller coaster ride with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and, of course, his brightest football moments with the Washington Redskins.
