Hi Chris, great vid.
I have recently mentored a couple of new operators and it is a pleasure to see them growing there skills and confidence. often all they needed was a little guidance and a bit of time to develop there skills base. I would often get then to talk through what they wanted to do. Then depending on task get them to do task or if more complex I would show them the way I would do it and then get them to have a go.
Keep up with the vids as they are really useful.

@@dottstraining I also have a question on a forward tipping dumper ticket can I drive a duel view dumper

@@user-dc7lo6vs6r it’s still classed as a forward too dumper as you can only tip while facing the skip, it’s designed so you can swivel around in the seat to travel only! It’s not an ADT
