Nice that this port, that's still from the 90s, was considerate enough to remove the flashing lights from the k.o. I remember the 90s ports anymore (and i only played the ps1 ones), i don't know when SNK started removing the k.o flashing lights in ports. I mean as the game default option.
This will be nice to see, im not used to the small changes in this version. Not many people in the internet chose console ports of these classic fgs... the arcade versions are preferred. And besides, their arcade roms are more accessible and generally run better.
Weird name choice. This is a port of KOF 98 but was made in 99, and just for that the name is changed to 99, when actually there is the real KOF 99. That reminds me of western versions of old Final Fantasy games, with the number changed for no good reason too.
