I have three properties in Ghana but I was scammed on land deal back in 2007 when trying to get more land, therefore I stopped trying to have more properties in other cities/towns. Ghana will see more development if they can solve the land issues in Ghana with serious properties registration and certification just like with automobiles so no two people can have the same documents at one time. Proper after sale transfer on one single existing land document by regions.
