What is ASMR?
It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Most people experience ASMR in the form of tingles, which is often described as an electrifying sensation down your back. It's very relaxing and comforting but it can go as far as to help with anxiety, sleeping problems and stress. Though ASMR is not a medical treatment and I do not give medical advice.

You have a soft voice. Maybe a video like this, but with you rambling away, or maybe positive affirmations or maybe mouth sounds?? I usually use asmr to sleep, and soothing voices help a lot, and your voice is just soft if that makes any sense. Your voice is like a mothers love caressing her firstborn child with unconditional love. Enough to put a crying baby to sleep.
