Konstantin Korotov, professor of organizational behavior at ESMT, set the stage with opening remarks around the challenges of learning to lead today, including insights from ESMT’s expertise in executive coaching.
The evening was moderated by TV moderator, journalist, and consultant Astrid Frohloff.

The CEO of one of the world's biggest companies in this video and he made great and very honest comments about leadership, crises, and business, but there are very few views. This is very sad. However, it is a very educational and informative seminar. I would like to thank him and those who organized the seminar.
