Unfortunately, I can only subscribe once and like once -- but intention is there for more).... As with the last lessons, you inspired me to try these passages with my piano, very old, but load ) ... It is so inspiring that you direct the student's attention to details he or she could miss. The details make up the musical expression giving Chopin's piece what it deserves -- depth. Perfect timing. I love the tenor voice. So it is only emphasized on the second time? I have been trying my best to voice without rolling the chord. Chopin teaches so much about voicing with his music. I’m really glad you said that Chopin wanted the voice to be emphasized because often I hear pianists, or maybe their recordings on stage miss the tenderness of that inner voice.
