The forecast on the drama king in our life who will sabotage us just because we high lighted the shortcomings in the drama king/queens work is true in my situation. This started in September 2024 and the vibration of hate from the DK/Q is still there. I teach in an university and the work lately has increased twice. The DK/Q is a research scholar, both of us are in same Department and the Dean of the Faculty is the supervisor for both and my employer. Recently a lot of people tried spreading rumors about me, but my work showed them all that nothing matters except the right attitude and good work ethics. I have thought about changing to another University but the right opportunity has not come yet. I had immense problem with this DKQ but i went ahead and complained about the unethical work conducted by him. Till now i have not approached the Vice Chancellor of the University because t will be directly going against the Dean, but this DKQ who wants to sabotage my work is very mentally disturbing. Since as a Capricorn the representation of my virtue and character is far more important than anything. Please suggest how to deal with the Drama King or Queen.
