Hi Joe, great video, as I’m sure you’re more than aware the farmyard manure also improves the soil structure. You’re spot on with regards to how the carbon footprint is calculated of various products. Andrew on his FarmTheory channel did a brilliant video about how he calculated the carbon footprint print of his milk and beef about 6 months ago it well worth a watch if you can find it. It highlights how flawed most of the calculations are.

Truck fest is a swamp don't bother going you will will get your car stuck I have friends with lorries there a lot of Truck s were turned away due to it being so bad
