Hello, kind sir! Great video. I just have a simple question about this scooter. It's regarding the closing mechanism: is it all metal, or is the black piece attached to the steering arm plastic? My previous scooter had a similar closing mechanism, and the piece was plastic-it broke off, causing me to have a bad accident. So, I'm asking if it's strong and if it won't break while riding. Thank you!

@@ioannidesalex Thanks for the reply. I am afraid it's not normal as I just went to the warranty service center and it shouldn't be like that. the problem is not serious and it should just be tightened (by them), but seems some models just have this issue

Does the motor create a sound in the rear wheel when the scooter is off and is being pushed? It’s like some friction in there too. Is this normal?

@billmsds1734 από την περιγραφή σου, το καταλαβαίνω σαν ελαττωματικό λάστιχο. Εκτός εάν έπεσες σε λακκούβα χωρίς αρκετή πίεση αέρα στο λάστιχο. μπορείς να μιλήσεις με την αντιπροσωπεία.

It is compatible because I already tested the app to an iPhone mobile

@@ioannidesalex Yes I've bought & used different brands, this is sometimes indicated in the user manual especially on older or cheaper products w/ less electric protection. I mean as mentioned in your description Xiaomi is using the BMS chip (= Battery system management) wich can protect the charger and battery. But still the best way to charge electric scooters in general. Thanx to you for the video

50psi would be OK for you. But please you need to loose some weight to have better rage at your scooter . Safe rides mate

Try ti reset the scooter and remove it from the application. Then uninstall the application and install again with region Greece. Good luck my friend

Brother i need help i installed Mi Home and connected to the scooter and i don t have the cruise control setting in the app, and the scooter doesen’t activate himself the cruise control
This scooter doesn't have anymore the cruise control due to safety reasons. And my opinion is that you should use cruise control.

Thnak you for your comment, the 20km/h is only at specific countries. In most of the countries the maximum speed is 25km/h

Hey man, thanks for this video. Unfortunately, I need to send mine back but this will help me pack it up as to how it came. The reason is very silly though, the plastic dome nut cover of the folding mechanism (ball at 4:09) is bent, and they want to send the whole thing back and forth and cant send me the part on its own.
I hope mine doesn't deform again, because I can't find this part online, and the RMA process is annoying and time consuming.

You say that the scooter is 1000W Max. power, but on the box, I see 800W ?
The peak power is 1000w . The real working power is less

Irmão eu estou no Brasil. Comprei xiaomi pro4 segunda geração é o mesmo do vídeo.
Ele atinge 25kmh mas eu também queria desbloquear para mais velocidade.
Aqui é permitido até 32kmh ..
O vendedor do patinete falou que dá para aumentar a velocidade sim mas q iria diminuir a autoestima distância....
Faz 19 dias q comprei vou espera acabar a garantia e vou na loja perguntar para ele.

@@veryrare8876 is german version? do you have a legal plate on the scooter that indicates 20? if not you can change region to do 25kmh switching to spain, for example

Please try to set the scooter to the factory defaults. Then open a new account on xiaomi app but region Greece 🇬🇷. Because in Greece the top speed for scooters under the greek laws is 25km/h. So this maybe will help you. I am not 100% sure but if you do this , please inform us .
